Coloreel is an additional device that dyes the thread directly adjacent to a embroidery machine. It is a standalone unit that works on all industrial embroidery machines. No modification of the embroidery machine is required.

The heavily patented technology is a specialized version of inkjet technology in combination with Swedish engineering that opens up completely new possibilities for the design of embroidery and increases the overall efficiency of production.

The included Coloreel Studio program is the link between the embroidery program and the Coloreel device. Coloreel Studio adds colors and effects to the embroidery design.

Coloreel allows you to create special effects, gradients and combine stitch patterns and color transitions. You get practically unlimited colors at hand and always get exactly the right color if necessary.

With only one wire roller per embroidery head, you minimize your wire layer and reduce lead times. No unnecessary cuts and locking fabrics provide a more efficient production.

When the thread is colored and the embroidery is ready, it can be immediately used and washed without further finishing.
