LaserEvo Gantry Vertical Door
This Gantry workstation is equipped with a vertical hatch that opens and closes pneumatically. It is also equipped with two optical sensors to completely eliminate the risk of jamming.
The workstation is equipped with four motorized axes that are directly managed by software. For this unit, you then select a 2D or 3D Fiber Laser with 20, 30 or 60 W laser source or a MOPA laser solution. Which laser solution it will be is almost always based on the test markings we made for you at an earlier stage. In a Gantry machine it is possible to mark many items in a single run or to engrave a large product in several places or mark contiguously over a large area. Watch video.
Gantry system working range starts from 700×400 x (Z) 300 mm up to exv. 1200 x 800 x (Z) 500 mm. The size of the work table is adapted to the customer's wishes, needs and requirements. Robust mechanics ensure maximum precision and versatility and a dual linear steering system also supports heavy loads.
