Terms of purchase
When ordering a specially ordered product, you agree that we order your product and thus the right of withdrawal ends.
Delivery
If we receive your order before 12:00 noon, we will ship it the same day. Otherwise, the order will be sent the next working day, provided the goods are in stock. Of course, you can pick up your order at our premises if you happen to be passing by. You are always welcome to come in!
Our opening hours are:
- Monday-Thursday: 08.00-16.00
- Friday: 07.30-15.00
- lunch: 12.00-13.00
Why are all items sent by PostNord?
This is because we have no way of tracking letters through the post. Therefore, we do not guarantee deliveries by post. This means that if the letter is lost, you as a customer will have to bear the cost. For each shipment with PostNord parcels, a shipment ID is created which makes it possible to trace the parcel/letter all the way from us as the supplier to the end customer.
Shipping cost
Our regular shipping and handling fee for online orders is 105:- + VAT within Sweden. Shipping cost to retailer is 159:- + VAT within Sweden.
Free shipping when ordering over 2.500 kr or when buying 25 laserply discs. Does NOT apply to direct deliveries from supplier, orders outside Sweden, delivery to agent or bulky packages.
