Rasor NERAPro -Battery driven scissor
The Rasor NERAPro is a battery-powered hand scissors for all types of textile fibers. It combines the cutting potential of the DS504 model with a miniature Lithium-Ion 3.7V battery-powered motor. The result is a compact, powerful and reliable cutting machine weighing only 580 grams. This new version has a PCB board installed that allows a soft start and an electronic overload protection. Never before has a cutting tool had such an excellent weight/performance ratio. The reinforced structure and the clutch gear in bronze/steel material now generate 1000 rpm, unique in the market in its category to achieve this speed allowing its use not only in the textile field but also in light technical fabrics and light leather. The Lithium-Ion battery has a capacity of 2400 mAh and is easy to charge with the included charging station with LED indicator. The second battery, which is included in the package, allows for a quick change so that you can cut continuously without interrupting the work. The maximum cutting thickness is 9 mm and the new button sharpener allows sharpening the cutting edge in less than ten seconds without removing it. The cutting foot, which is strong and has a thin shape, allows easy cutting of curved profiles. The new NERAPro is truly an innovative concentrate of power, lightness and ease of use in the field of professional cutting tools.

The SW12M is Rasor's new generation of bench top cutting machine. The SW12M gives its excellence to the new geometry of the motor housing from the Monster series. The difference between the SW12M and other Rasor bench top cutting machines is the motor housing which is held by a central foot placed behind the blade in a central position. This system spreads the cutting tension and the necessary force to move the machine through the fabrics on both sides of the cutter, resulting in a perfectly straight and even cut. The blade is semi-free on both sides to avoid winding problems even with tough fibers. The SW12M is particularly suitable for cutting composite materials such as fiberglass and Kevlar or any soft material up to 50 mm thickness. The impressive 350-watt motor combined with a bronze/steel clutch gear creates a very high torque which, combined with the slow speed of the blade, allows cutting even rubber and plastic-based materials in the field of carpeting and industrial flooring. The push-button activated sharpening stone allows sharpening of the blade edge in less than 10 seconds without removing the blade.

The difference between the SW12SM and other Rasor cutting units is the motor housing which is held by a central foot placed behind the blade in a central position. This system spreads the cutting tension and the necessary force to move the machine through the fabrics on both sides of the cutter, resulting in a perfectly straight and even cut. The knife is semi-free on both sides to avoid winding problems even with tough fibers. The SW12SM is particularly suitable for cutting composite materials such as fiberglass and Kevlar. The impressive 350-watt motor combined with a bronze/steel clutch gear creates a very high torque. The SW12SM can cut any material in the "soft" stage up to a maximum thickness of 50 mm. High torque combined with the slow speed of the blade allows cutting even rubber and plastic-based materials in the field of carpeting and multi-layer industrial flooring. The push-button activated sharpening stone allows sharpening of the blade edge in less than 10 seconds without removing the blade. The aluminum cutting base is coated with Teflon® to enable smooth machine operation and reduce friction between the base and the material. Particularly suitable for cross-cutting, the SW12SM is equipped with an anchor flange for easy adjustment on fixed or automated suspensions. For 24-hour trimming, the SW12SM is also available in left-hand version (mirroring) as model SW12SSM.
