Hot air oven with drawers for drying water-based ink on dark fabrics
DiDO "PRO" hot air oven is ideal for small and medium-sized enterprises thanks to its compact design and low energy consumption. Thanks to the temperature control and the efficient air circulation, it is perfect for fine fabrics such as Lycra, wool, silk, etc. with a production of about 60 pcs per hour and a drying time of about 5-6 minutes per box. The boxes are independent of each other and equipped with a timer. An LED light on the side and an alarm indicate when the drying time is over. DiDO Is also available as a "Shop" version with 3 boxes and a production of about 30 pcs per hour. It easily gets through doorways and can be used even where there is no 3-phase electricity supply.

An automatic high-quality pre-treatment machine for professional users. The pre-treatment process acts as a "sealer" or "primer" on the garment. This means that the white color settles on the outside of the garment and does not penetrate the fibers. Then the white color stays luminous and the colors become more vivid. The width of the spraying area can be regulated by turning the 4 nozzles on or off. Therefore, the minimum spray width is 12 cm, the ideal width for chest pressure. The length can be regulated in 2 cm intervals. Spraying can be done one-way or two-way. This allows each user to set up the device according to their need. Additional filters and automated cleaning features help maintain an even pre-treatment flow with hassle-free nozzles.
