Coloreel is an additional device that dyes the thread directly adjacent to a embroidery machine. It is a standalone unit that works on all industrial embroidery machines. No modification of the embroidery machine is required. The heavily patented technology is a specialized version of inkjet technology in combination with Swedish engineering that opens up completely new possibilities for the design of embroidery and increases the overall efficiency of production. The included Coloreel Studio program is the link between the embroidery program and the Coloreel device. Coloreel Studio adds colors and effects to the embroidery design. Coloreel allows you to create special effects, gradients and combine stitch patterns and color transitions. You get practically unlimited colors at hand and always get exactly the right color if necessary. With only one wire roller per embroidery head, you minimize your wire layer and reduce lead times. No unnecessary cuts and locking fabrics provide a more efficient production. When the thread is colored and the embroidery is ready, it can be immediately used and washed without further finishing. DiDO "PRO" hot air oven is ideal for small and medium-sized enterprises thanks to its compact design and low energy consumption. Thanks to the temperature control and the efficient air circulation, it is perfect for fine fabrics such as Lycra, wool, silk, etc. with a production of about 60 pcs per hour and a drying time of about 5-6 minutes per box. The boxes are independent of each other and equipped with a timer. An LED light on the side and an alarm indicate when the drying time is over. An automatic high-quality pre-treatment machine for professional users. The pre-treatment process acts as a "sealer" or "primer" on the garment. This means that the white color settles on the outside of the garment and does not penetrate the fibers. Then the white color stays luminous and the colors become more vivid. The width of the spraying area can be regulated by turning the 4 nozzles on or off. Therefore, the minimum spray width is 12 cm, the ideal width for chest pressure. The length can be regulated in 2 cm intervals. Spraying can be done one-way or two-way. This allows each user to set up the device according to their need. Additional filters and automated cleaning features help maintain an even pre-treatment flow with hassle-free nozzles.
